General Information about Shipping:
Shipping Costs within Germany:
For orders within Germany, if the total order value is equal to or exceeds 300.00 Euros, the delivery will be free of charge with standard shipping. If the order value is less than 300 Euros, a shipping fee of 5 € per order will be applied. Additional services such as delivery to the apartment can be booked using the shipping cost calculator.
Depending on the size of your order, it will be delivered either through a parcel service, our transportation service, or a freight forwarder. Delivery of items via freight forwarder will be made to the curbside (standard shipping). Delivery to the apartment is currently not available. Deliveries are made only in standard household quantities. Goods will be shipped only after the invoice amount is received and credited to an account of Zimmeria.
International Shipping Costs:
Delivery is available to all countries within the European Union upon request. The stated delivery time applies to Germany.
Important notice for our customers from Switzerland: Zimmeria is pleased to offer you the service of delivering your orders to pickup locations at the German border. However, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to provide direct deliveries to Switzerland. We appreciate your understanding.
For international deliveries, items will be shipped exclusively through a freight forwarder to the curbside. Unfortunately, the option for “delivery to the apartment” is not available in this case.

- Cyprus: 300 EUR
- Spain: 300 EUR
For international shipping costs to countries not listed above, please inquire through our contact form or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to provide you with the relevant shipping costs for your specific destination.
The shipment will be made within 7 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If it is necessary, due to size or weight restrictions, that your delivery cannot be sent via parcel service, our shipping team will opt for delivery through a freight forwarder or with our own transportation.
- The current delivery time for each item can be found on the product page.
- Shipping will be confirmed with an automatic email notification.
- All packages are insured and sent to you by us as a standard practice.
- In case of any changes and/or damages to the packaging, the customer must describe the damage in detail on the delivery note provided by the delivery service.
- In the event of significant damages to the products that have not been collected yet, the customer may refuse the delivery and indicate the reason for non-acceptance on the delivery note provided by the delivery service.
- Only if the damage is partial (for example, 1 out of 4 freight items), it is recommended to accept the delivery, while detailing the damages on the delivery note provided by the delivery service.
- If the customer has received the delivery and noticed any transport damage, they are required to report it within 7 (seven) days after receiving the goods.
- The customer service may request a photo documentation of the received packaging as well as the observed damages.
General Return Guidelines
- Please avoid signs of use and damages to the product. Kindly return the item complete and in its original packaging.
- Upon prior arrangement, we are pleased to arrange for the item to be collected from your location. Please do not send the item back unfree but as an insured parcel.
- Please be aware that the above guidelines for returns do not constitute prerequisites for exercising your right of withdrawal.
