Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby consumers are defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
Revocation Instruction Right of Revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The revocation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Zimmeria.de, Email: info@zimmeria.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample revocation form or any other unequivocal statement on our website http://www.zimmeria.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Revocation:
The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are located outside the European Union.
